WHO HAS TO APPLY FOR A CZECH REPUBLIC TOURIST VISA IN ADVANCE?
There are always exceptions to every rule, and to say that only citizens of fellow Schengen Member States are eligible for Visa On Arrival in the Czech Republic, is wrong.
