Why do I need a hotel reservation for visa applications? You’ve planned your big trip – You know exactly where you want to go, what to see, and who to meet. Everything has been planned to the smallest detail, and you haven’t left anything up to circumstances. Or have you?
Traveling these days is a lot different from what it used to be. Hearing stories of how others bribed the border patrols in Burma to travel the Golden Triangle, or were starving with a stomach bug on a train trip through Europe makes anyone wish they were born 50 years ago; when traveling was a slower, present state of flow (or starvation). Not full of smart phones, Instagram-updates, flash packers and…. PAPER WORK.
These days you need a visa to travel to most countries or continents, and the embassies require a lot of information from you; including a hotel reservation for visa applications. It takes the spontaneity, flexibility and not to mention FUN out of traveling. So how do you go about getting all the required documentation, including a hotel booking for visa applications without paying the full price or being denied the visa? Schengen visa flight reservation exists for this exact reason. We have been in your shoes, without finding any solution other than to actually book expensive flights, and that was even something the embassy did not recommend.
That’s why we created Schengen visa flight reservation; a way for everyone to get their flight, hotel, train or bus itineraries for the price of a few cups of coffee. Contact us anytime on WhatsApp with any question you might have about hotel reservation for visa applications.
A quick Google search for “hotel reservations for visa applications” or the even more popular “flight reservations for visa applications” will give you a few different options:
- Just book a hotel (and lose the money if your trip plans change)
- Book a hotel and cancel the booking later (and lose money when you don’t remember to cancel 2 out of the 20 hotels you needed for your Euro-trip, or when you missed the small writing on the cancellation policies, or maybe you don’t own a credit card and can’t actually make the booking?)
- Make a fake booking in PhotoShop (and have your visa application denied when the Chinese embassy calls the hotel to verify your booking.)
When even the embassies themselves recommend NOT paying for any booking until after your visa is granted, how can you possibly get around the requirement of having hotel reservations for visa applications?
In the earlier days of traveling most of the organizing and planning went through a travel agent and with a travel agent you always had the option to cancel or change your plans (for a “small” fee that would otherwise get you a week at a Spa Hotel in Prague). Travel agents STILL exist (who knew, right?), but they usually cater to bigger families and the upper class going on luxurious trips to Africa (Visa Requirements for South Africa), the South Pole or Mars. Backpackers and solo travelers today manage all their own planning unless choosing to go through organizations like Kilroy, STA Travel or Around the World Tours. Seasoned travelers learn early on that they can save a lot of money on doing some research and handling flight reservations and hotel bookings yourself. This also includes handling hotel reservations for visa applications themselves. They also book all their tickets wisely using fare compare sites like Kayak or Skyscanner, and leave room to change destinations according to budget (did you for example know that flight tickets are usually cheapest the first two weeks of the month, and the cheapest time to book flights online are Tuesdays and Wednesdays?) and desires (for example you might desire to have some more time in Indonesia for a few extra surf lessons with that cute surf instructor in Bali).
But I digress.
The problem when you plan your trip yourself is that you have to book and pay instantly yourself. So how do you obtain hotel reservations for visa applications? Travel Agencies won’t waste their time catering to solo travelers knowing they probably won’t make a penny off them. If you’re applying for a Chinese visa because you’re planning to take the Trans Siberian Railway from Russia (another country that requires a visa), through the epic deserts of Mongolia and into exotic Beijing; the Chinese embassy will ask you for a whole range of evidence proving you’re not secretly coaxing to stay put in China for the rest of your life to rule as their new Emperor. For example, an application for a Chinese Tourist Visa requires among other things:
Round-trip air ticket booking record and proof of a hotel reservation.
Yep, there you have it. Another country that requires hotel bookings for visa applications.
Or what about Russia?
The following documents should be submitted to the Russian Embassy or Consulate to obtain a Tourist Visa to enter Russia:
- Your original passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages (passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Russia).
- Two copies of Russian visa application form, completed and signed.
- Two passport-size photos signed on the back.
- If Individual Travel: Confirmation of hotel arrangements from authorized Russian travel company, or directly from the Russian hotel, showing reference number and confirmation number for the visa.
Ah… Russia also requires hotel reservations for visa applications.
“But I’m not going to any of these complicated countries”, you say. You’re just visiting good old Europe?
Well, requirements for a Schengen Visa are exactly the same:
“The detailed itinerary of the traveling days in the Schengen Zone, hotel reservations or a formal invitation letter from a resident of a Schengen country.”
Hotel bookings for visa applications are also required for Schengen visas. There’s just no getting out of it (unless you marry that cute surf instructor and become a permanent resident). God knows travelers end up skipping a country or two because the whole visa process turned out to be too much of a financial risk when not traveling on a pre-planned itinerary.
At Schengen visa flight reservation we used to be travelers just like you. After researching for a long time, and investing a lot of hard work we came up with Schengen visa flight reservation: providing authentic itineraries for hotel bookings or flight bookings that are valid for all visa applications, for any country!

You provide us with your trip information (dates and countries), but this information can be whatever you want it to be. The important thing is just that the information coincides with the visa application requirements.
For example, you ask us to book hotels in London, Prague, Madrid and Rome for whatever dates that fit your visa application. You receive authentic itineraries in as little as 6 hours, and pay safely through PayPal. (Get super fast flight Itinerary on urgent basis)
Once you have obtained your visa, you don’t do anything! The bookings will be automatically cancelled, and you are risk free through the whole process.
When it comes to hotel reservation for visa applications, it takes a lot of time to find the hotels that have free cancellations, and you are the one responsible for the whole process.
