This is the second time I used their service and I can totally vouch for them. They were extremely responsive, as they always are. When you place an order with them using the cheapest offer, i.e. $15, they usually have a turnaround time of less than 24 hours, which means you will get your itinerary in your email, as you requested, within a day.
I have had absolutely no complaints with them, having used their service twice and also having got the visa approved twice. These guys are one of the best in this business.
